Jethro spent his 6th & 7th month in South Africa with his grannies & aunties & uncles, cousins - Michaela, Bianca, Kiana & Raquel & even his great Granpa! He attended mom & dad's wedding, visited the sea, got baptised in the Catholic church (of which we have no photos thanks to dad losing them all!) & had his first Christmas. He developed alot in those months - his solid food range increased to meats, he moved around effortlessly in a walking ring, flapped his arms about when excited, enjoyed swimming & even started to pull himself up when holding onto something. While in SA, he also had Bronchitis, German Measles & Tonsilitis & cut his first 2 teeth!

5 months old!

At 5 months Jethro is learning to sit on his own, still squeals with delight & is also learning to blow raspberries! He has started solids - baby rice, apple, pear & sweet potato being his favourites.

4 months old

At 4 months old Jethro is incredibly cute & has a sweet little personality. He smiles a lot but does let us know when he wants or doesn't want something by giving out a loud cry! His favourite song is "Twinkle little star" & this calms him instantly when he's being a little fractious. He likes using mommy as his climbing frame & likes having his clothes off. He's favourite toys are his "Layla bear" & a big teether which Granma sent for him. He says "mim" or "mi" & I like to think he's saying "mom" ;) He also gives little squeals of delight which is too cute!
